Landowner’s.
My name is Roger Howell and I have recently been appointed as the Chairman of the HPME Nominating Committee. The elections are scheduled for, 17 March 22, so there is not much time to prepare. As such, I need your help with the following two actions:
1. I need two committee members to assist me on the Nominating Committee. If anyone would like to volunteer please let me know. Committee members will assist with contacting each landowner by phone to recruit candidates for our March elections.
2. There are a minimum of four (2 year) Association Board Positions to be elected. However, the more candidates the better. Please provide the name(s) of any candidates that you would like to have serving you on the Association Board of Directors; and who would be willing to serve in one of these 2 year positions.
Committee Members and candidates for election can be: (1) landowners, (2) family members and (3) in-laws who use the property. All must be in good standing with the Association.
One of the most important things we can do as individual landowners is to ensure the Association Leadership is adequately staff to accomplish their responsibilities; which provides each of us the opportunity for a safe, secure and enjoyable mountain experience.
Please give the upcoming elections your consideration. Talk with other landowners and your families and let’s recruit candidates to fill the March vacancies.
