The Board of Trustees met on January 13, 2022. You will find a link to the minutes of that meeting below. At that meeting the Board recommended some minor changes to the Bylaws and CCRs of the Association. Those will be proposed and voted on in March by the members. You will also find a link to a letter announcing the date of the annual General Meeting of Landowners and the changes to those governing documents. Landowners will receive a written copy of that letter from Gary Nuffer as annual billings are sent prior to the meeting. A key exchange is also planned for that evening. It will be Thursday, March 17, 2022 and will be held at the Syracuse Community Center. Hope to see you all there.
