The Board of Trustees met on June 15, 2023 to hear a report on the roads at HPME. Most roads are passable, but there has been some serious damage in some areas. There will be Work Credit groups organized for the first Saturday in July, August and September. If you would like to participate in these projects and receive a $140 credit against next year’s fees, please sign up online.
The Board decided on the 15th to use Rainy Day Funds this year to restore the roadways where they are bad. They will meet again in July and decide whether a one time assessment may be required to fully repair the roadways. This assessment will be in addition to the annual $300 you were assessed as of April 1, 2023.
