After careful evaluations of Governor Herbert’s directives to Utahns, the Board has determined it best to cancel this year’s annual picnic.  It was scheduled for August 1st.  In order to hold such an event, it would need to be limited to 50 individuals and potluck participation not allowed.  Each family would be required to bring their own meal and sit by themselves.  HPME would have too ensure social distancing or all would be required to wear masks.  It was the decision of the board that most of you available that day would be okay with picnicking with your family.  The Roads Committee would like to have you instead, plan for an hour or so working with your family in your own neck of the woods on clearing a 14 foot path for a grader to pass by attending to our roads after August 1st.  More information will be coming from Ruby and Clyde from the Roads Committee.  Please be safe.
