The Board of Hardware Park Mountain Estates met in a regularly scheduled Board Meeting on January 9, 2025. Please find attached a copy of the minutes of that meeting. A General Meeting of the Membership has been scheduled for March 20, 2025. It will be held at the Syracuse Community Center located at:

Syracuse, Utah
The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM
A proposed change to the CCRs will be proposed at that meeting. This change involves allowing one 500 sq. ft accessory outbuilding in lieu of two, 250 sq. ft. structures. A vote of the general membership is required to make this change to the CCRs.
