The Board met on Thursday, January 14, 2021. This meeting was held using Zoom. Please find attached a copy of the minutes of that meeting.
Here are some highlights:
- The General Meeting of Members will be held on March 18th via Zoom
- Four members of the Board will be up for election at that meeting. If you would like to place your name or someone else name in nomination please do so with the Secretary using the Contact link on the website.
- A raffle will be held during this meeting as we done in the past. You will be receiving a raffle ticket in your 2021 HPME Fees billing sent by Gary our treasurer.
- If you can’t attend by Zoom, you may assign a proxy by downloading the form from the Documents tab. It will need to be in the possession of the Secretary by email before 6:00 PM the night of March 18th.
We have also only heard from 10 owners concerning our survey of wood harvesting. If you haven’t responded to the survey, we’d request that you do so now.
