RE: Work Credit Assignments

In past years many of you have volunteered and have completed your assigned work task with great dedication and promptness.  However there are also those that volunteer for assignments but never complete the work.  Every Work Credit Assignment is outlined on the website to include the minimum requirements that must be completed in order to receive credit for the assignment. Every requirement must be complete to receive any credit for the assignment.

For those of you that have committee assignments, if your committee does not have a chairman it is up to one of the committee members to step up and chair the committee.  Minutes of every committee meeting must be sent to the secretary of the association.  You can find a template of the minutes form on the website.  If these minutes are not on file no credit will be given.  Also, you must attend 2 board of directors meetings each year. Your name must appear on those minutes also.  Your attendance at these meeting is very important for the association board to have a greater understanding of the opinions and desires of association members on how the association should be run.

For those that have property maintenance assignment, you must compete the assignment per the specification located on the website.  If it is not completed to satisfaction no credit will be issued.

Thank you to those that work long and hard for the betterment of our association and the land that we all love.  See you on the mountain!
