Requirements for completion of Work Credit Contracts:

1.  Make monthly seasonal inspections of all 4 HPME boundary gates
2.  Make required adjustment , lubrication to hinge points and locks so gates function properly
3.  Open gates at perscribed date in winter, remove locks, and store for winter season
4.  Close gates at prescribed date in spring, re-install locks
5.  Emergency call out to repair gates when needed
6.  Service on security committee and attend 2 of 4 quarterly committee meetings
7.  Attend annual membership meeting or be represented by proper proxy
