Requirements for completion of Work Credit Contracts:

1.  Attend 4 of 4 committee meetings
2.  Attend 2 of 6 board meetings
3.  Organize and administer too and chair the section committee
4.  Attend annual membership meeting
5.  Prepare agenda for each committee meeting

Health and Water

The primary purpose of this committee is to maintain water systems, protect our sources of water from contamination, access water needs, keep our systems in compliance with all governmental regulation, protect our properties of infestations.

Security and Fire

The purpose of this committee is to address security concern of the association. Provide a neighborhood watch system, identify fire hazards and develop programs of fire prevention, fire condition awareness, administer to gate security, road safety, hunting permits and hunting patrols.

Road and Maintenance

The purpose of this committee is to plan road improvements and to organize maintenance to complete these improvements, maintain road maintenance equipment.

Planning and Development

The purpose of this committee is to assist property owners in complying with RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS (including private road connections to association roads) and regulations of hte Cache County when developing their property, and to address matters of community development.

Activities

The purpose of this committee is to plan and carry out the social activities of the association, Their goal is to improve the association between all our members.

Emergency Preparedness

The purpose of this committee is to plan and execute onsite emergency and evacuation notifications, evacuation plans, emergency response plans, accident protocol to include 911 notification, helipad location and maintenance.

Communications

The purpose of this committee is to provide correspondence to the members, maintain the hpme.org website, to fill it’s content, keep a history of the association.
