Requirements for completion of Work Credit Contracts:

1.  Provide safe clean water to the association
2.  Preform water testing as described the the HPME water plan
3.  Preform monthly seasonal flow testing and keep historical records
4.  Serve as a member of the health and water committee
5.  Attend annual membership meeting or be represented by proper proxy
