Requirements for completion of Work Credit Contracts:

To receive work credit, any landowner may sign up for a specific date when road maintenance will occur.  The days are the first Saturdays of June, July, August and September.  A member of the Road Committee will supervise the clean up on that given Saturday.  To receive work credit a total of 8 hours must be logged by those over the age of 16.  If two family members participate, each participant must work 4 hours; four member  would need to work 2 hours under the direct supervision of the committee member given charge that day.  A time card will  be issued by the committee member at the end of the project, and this card should be shared with the HPME treasure by December 31st of that year.  The work credit will impact the next year’s assessment.

Those that have personal heavy equipment that they would like to offer the Association to use, need to have that approved by the Roads Committee before the date they are used.
