Requirements for completion of Work Credit Contracts:

1.  Locate and eradicate noxious weeds inside HPME boundaries by organizing volunteer work parties like boy scouts.
2.  Educated landowners of noxious weeds and ad in eradication
a.   Spray or dig noxious weeds where discovered
3.  Attend 2 of 4 quarterly health and water committee meetings
4.  Attend May board meeting per year
5.  Attend annual membership meeting or be represented by proper proxy
